from where i left off.. =D
went shopping at sim lim square on monday with liyi~
my shopping list: external hard drive 160gb
and to check out prices for cameras and PSP..
in the end, i came home with nothing, hahaa..
gave up on the idea of PSP(again) and the camera cos i have too many needs
so i have to sacrifice the wants ='(
oh, but i managed to find a nice winter jacket on the way
after we finished shopping SLS, we proceeded to chinatown
wanted to take cab because it was raining but we couldn't get one
LUCKILY we couldn't get a cab..
because monday was the day the cab price went up =/
going to chinatown again cos i want some more cloth =D
bought 4.5meters worth of cloth for my comforter
and i still want to buy 2 more pieces of nice cloth to make things ^^
went to liyi's house and auntie cooked dinner for us =D
i love luncheon meat XD
rushed off to amk centre to buy felt cloth and buttons before the shop closes~
collected our visa on tuesday..
it's $35! for a piece of paper stuck in our passport =(
visited lucky plaza for food..
walked around orchard and left after a while..
i went to the library to return books and borrowed some beijing books =)
totally abandoned my shoes making to do something else
cos that one just gives me headache (><)
tah-dah! the half completed pouch ^^
wednesday was going to school early in the morning for more GIP talks
but this time it's worth the trip cos i got my cheque =D
hohoho..
but jasmine pang seh me huh.. always never come for talks, tsk tsk..
because jasmine and i forgot to make a copy of a letter for ourselves
had to take another copy from the GIP office
i think the guy got abit irritated and told me to make a few more copies
and i continued to ask about my staying with a girl
whose accomodation is provided by her company..
was told that it is best that i don't stay at there cos it's not appropriate
BAHHHHHHH!!!
and i thought i could save on rental fees and just stay there =(
so frantically tried to look for new room mates
was supposed to go out for dinner cos it's my brother birthday on sunday
but things always happen when my family wants to eat out
things like, nobody wants to suggest where to go
when in fact they have alot of opinions.. =/
so whatever i suggest, they will have something to say..
in the end i will just get fed up and ask them to choose themselves..
.......
silence.....
and so finally the solution is to eat at the coffeeshop..
but still, it is 田鸡粥 that i haven't eaten for years!
and seafood hotpot-thingy with sambal sotong =D
finished up the purse for liyi ^^
but i cant post the picture that day because liyi will peep XD
this one was so much easier to do than the pair of shoes (><)
went jap karaoke with jinx and friends on thursday
met jinx's japanese class classmates mabel and zhiyun =D
proceeded to cash studios at orchard road~
this one is so much better than ulu-apollo-center cash studios
and it was great fun singing with everyone who loves jpop!
although there was really a wide range
and alot of songs which i have never heard before
but it was fun =D
everyone knew how to sing seishun amigo and real face ♥
and halfway through, we can go out and buy old chang kee back
the welfare at cash studios rocks..
and you know what, they are more updated than kbox
i found 我不配 at cash studios which i did not see in kbox =)
so everyone, please consider cash studios next time ^^and the most important thing is they serve seasons ice lemon tea
no, i am not biased XD
dinner after jap k was disastrous scary
crossing half a road requires 40 seconds
i even have time to take a photo while walking =)
couldn't find empty restaurants/food courts in orchard at 8pm
orchard was PACKED!
in the end, we went to delifrance
made me wait for SO LONG to deliver my order =/
lots of walnut in the banana cake
and eating it in a hurry is not fun at all...
woke up at 8am in the morning to rush to NTU to hand in a form
bank in my cheque
and then rushed back to liyi's house to go for facial
cos the auntie who does facial is her neighbour =)
wah, today's facial is super painful one lor
the auntie has special skills which i have never encountered before
she pushes my face with something, i duno what..
it's hard to describe but definitely much more painful than facials i did before
and the whole sessions was about 2 and a half hours for only $25
super HUA SUAN!
she did alot of things and gave me free cream =D
and also gave me bread and milo cos i have not had breakfast yet
super nice auntie lor, so even though it's painful i will go back ^^;
most importantly, no asking you to sign package XD
after that i went shopping with liyi in town..
wanted to go see the fair by the adopt an earring site
but nothing which really catches my eye..
liyi bought a super nice umbrella! I ALSO WANT UMBRELLA!
there's so many things i need to buy and i am broke
bought a formal shirt and a pair of heels..
wanted to buy another pair of brown pants but i shall consider..
came home to try out the cup warmer thing that my mum got =D
super interesting..
it warms your cup so that you wun throw away drinks that turned cold
like i always do.. XD
yup, going to bring one to china =)
