last friday was my company's annual meeting cum dinner today is home cooked dinner again, spaghetti this time =)
so i had 大餐 again =D
in the afternoon we had teleconferencing with shanghai and shenzhen colleagues
den we proceeded for 湘菜 dinner at this restaurant
all the dishes are damn spicy and i look as though i cant eat spicy food..
and my colleagues like to play the bear and hunter game
if you know what game i am talking about ^^;
here it's call 杀手游戏~
so we moved some stuff over on friday..
the office is actually a residential apartment so there's kitchen and washroom
my table is all the way at one end and the wall is behind me
hahahaa, so that no one can see what i am doing XD
after the dinner, i went to walmart to shop
and i saw evaporated milk!
as in i saw the label lar, the milk is out of stock..
i went again the other day and it was still out of stock.. =(
was walking to the bus stop after i came out of walmart
and suddenly i felt very good
the feeling of wearing boots and coat
and walking on the streets on a cold night..
it's like a dream come true =)
went to this place called 西单 which has alot of shopping malls
we only managed to shop one mall cos we only had 1 and a half hours ^^;
bought a bag, a shirt, boots and a cap in that 90 minutes (><) and spent all my money =p luckily there was roomie to lend me money, haha..
we have quite similar taste in alot of things!!
cos we always point at the same thing and say NICE!
hee..
ah tiongs seems to love checkered stuff =)
met up with six-days-a-week jasmine! hahaha..
now we only see each other once a week, haha..
the 13 course meal cost us 160RMB each!
and majority of the dishes consists of duck XD

i am only in charge of putting photos ^^;
so lazy to think of anything to write~
the chef pushed the duck out to our table and started cutting ^^
den we are supposed to wrap it into a skin and roll it up to eat =D
yappari is famous de duck, super nice =)
think majority of the GIP beijing people were there..
after dinner, we went to 北海后门 with alot of pubs and 名歌餐厅...
as usual, was quite sian cos i cant drink (><) and also cos i dun like being with a large group of people i dun know well..
not in the mood to go anywhere..
so we only went out for lunch and then to the supermarket to buy some food
cooked tomyam mian xian with a lot 料..
in china, there's no yellow noodles so i have to eat mian xian all the time (><)
we also had gyoza!!!! and 小陈甜鸡 by bangzhong XD
but everything was nice ^^
in this house, the guys cook and the girls eat~
but we wash up too of cos =p
work is stressful and yet boring also..
i get the feeling that the boss have quite high expectations of us
he wants us to be spontaneous and ask when we have doubts
and finish a lot of work within a short amount of time..
not to mention i have to face that -noside- at work..
i have too much to complain about that but i shall not do it here =/
lunch at work is great!
i have a nice colleague who brings us to eat good food sometimes
but most of the time, we are too lazy and we will just order food
it's tastes super too, for only RMB 10 bucks..
somemore all the way to the doorstep =D
but because we dun have the habit of saying happy birthday in our family
i just messaged my sis and ask her to help me say it XD
it was also 腊八 here in china..
and people eat this kind of porridge that has alot of different grains in it
a colleague told us that in the past, when new year is nearing
everyone will start to clean up the house
they will find the grains that they accidentally spill on the floor
and then they will throw everything in a pot and cook the 腊八粥
and that's how it came about =D
a colleague treated us to a bowl..
but seriously, not very nice.. hahaha..
cos it's sweet and i dun like it~
and my sis collected my NEWS con goods for me!!
thanks to her and to aishah who helped me buy the stuff ^^
bought quite alot this time cos aishah charged the items at a very low price
hahaha, too tempting~
and also because the con goods logo is designed by massu this time!!! ^^
actually all looks the same also, hahaha..
also duno whether can wear the tshirt or not..
but super happy =D
again the guys cooked
this time it's maggi mee with bacon and egg
seriously i never had such luxurious maggi mee before, haha..
but it was good =)
it snowed on thursday here in beijing! ^^
was on the way out to work when i saw small snowflakes falling down
but it was still very small, abit dandruff-like, hahaha..
it already snowed very heavily in haidian i think~
cos jasmine had very nice pictures!
it started snowing more heavily in the afternoon but still not alot
when i was going home, i waited for the bus in the snow..
the feeling was excitement but super cold at the same time XD
cos i was standing there in the open for about 30 minutes
and still the bus did not come -.-
i realise snow really has the shape of a snowflake!!!
those 6 pointed shape kind =) it's really pretty..
but sadly i have no pictures of me and the snow!!!
cos i go to work alone and go home alone too!
nobody to take with me and for me also =(
they say it will snow over the weekend but it didn't...
it's steamboat with your own personal pot and only cost RMB20
super shiok.. got 鸭血! hahaa, i love it~
but one things is that they have this sauce that you dip your food into
the kind that the boss gave us when we went to 大长金 that time
now i know where the sauce originate from XD
it taste super salty and not nice..
but everyone eats it, i wonder why..
hahaha, xinwei, this is the thing i want to ask you to see =D
they have tiramisu, mango, cheesecake, even got red wine flavour!
singapore dun have so many flavours right
or is it because i never pay much attention to it, hahaha..
one box of pocky cost me the same as a half a lunch
but i still have to buy it cos it keeps me awake at work =p
had mac's for dinner on friday
FINALLY! i found a tea that is nice here in china =D
although it is still not as good as singapore teh si
but at least it taste like singapore tea and not china tea ^^;
i will frequent mac's from now on~
went to 天意 shopping mall over the weekend
it is a very big mall with everything, really everything..
hahaha, it is like a place for people to buy in stock for business
so the price is generally lower than outside
and i am still not very good at bargaining..
i prefer you tell me what is the price you want to sell me at..
save you and me the trouble right..
做人老实一点不好吗？
anyway, bought a sweater that is too SHORT for me..
super gek..
and also a bag (again) for work.. and leggings..
leggings is super cheap here, ranges from S$2 to S$5
so if your want can tell me yo =D
had 串烧 at the foodcourt area in the mall..
super big and nice.. for just RMB2.50 each, hohoho..

dinner was 打卤面 with 摊鸡蛋, 公保鸡丁 and 麻婆豆腐
today, after shopping awhile at 天意, we went to 西单 again..
bought a pair of converse shoes, cos there was sale =D
price went from about S$60 to S$40 ^^
super happy!
and tmr is monday again =(
btw, i will be pasting all my entries to this blog from now on
cos six-days-a-week cannot see my posts ^^
