okay, i am feeling better now
so i think i can continue blogging..
i did all my pictures the other day liao lo
and then i lost my phone so i was too sian to do anything
bleahs..
thanks khe for borrowing me your phone *grins*
and so for the final instalment of my beijing experience
(actually it's not final, i still have more
but i am not sure whether i have time to blog or not XD)
anyway, it was a trip to 鸟巢 on 22nd of may! =)
and in case anyone doesn't know
鸟巢 is the newly constructed olympics stadium
it's damn big and grand sia..
and the highlight of the day is none other than china hero, 刘翔
it's damn kua zhang i tell you
the feeling i get is that the whole stadium is there to watch him only
hahaha, when people thinks that he is coming in
there will be a big commotion
machiam the times when i go star chasing XD
and this blue building is the other stadium constructed for olympics
it's a swimming pool stadium
and we think it's quite stupid that they built the stadiums side by side
the audience is going to have a hard time dispersing..
but it looks so pretty at night..
haven't had a chance to vist 水立方
cos we were to lazy to go queue for tickets the other time XD
and on that sunday
me and caihong went to world park aka 世界公园
roomie was too lazy to join us..
world park is like a theme park with structures from all over the world
i don't know why but i was just very interested in going =p
and i paid 10RMB to wear the yukata for phototaking..
arh, i can't believe i haven't taken those traditional costumes photos
i said i wanted to take one before i leave beijing de o.O
anyway, some of the photos are weirdly positioned
because the yukata cannot fit me nicely la! haha.. too fat XD
i still have the slippers tan on my feet now XD
i bought 3 bottles of drinks in the world park alone..
we went by egypt, paris, new york, sydney, blah blah..
haha.. the trojan house, the russian palace???
my geography sucks..
and then we stopped by for some performance in the park
got hot girls and napsters! too bad the guys not there lo..
muahaha..
there's 变脸 performance and some fire swallowing stunt, not bad..
we met this group of students who were taking photos also
and thus finally we have a shot of the both of us, haha..
we heard this same group of people say that they saw rainbow in the fountain
HAHAHA.. so we walked one round around the fountain looking for it
and TAHDAH! we found it! =)
it's so pretty~~
on the day after our super depressing tsinghua day..
we had this volunteer work at dandelion school called tshirt day
the kids were given tshirts
and they are supposed to draw on each other's shirts
can see that they were having alot of fun =)
cos we had alot of fun drawing on each other's shirts as well! XD
budden i am always not that good with kids
have no idea how to communicate with them =p
but nonetheless it was a super fun and meaningful day
with GIP peeps and the kids =)
thanks to the farewell committee for planning everything
the party was super fun larh
maybe i sua ku, never been to much parties before
but this is one of the best i have been to =)
i have nothing much to say so please just look at the pictures
super alot of pictures cos everyone is going to miss everyone!
it's like prom night sia =)
cos we can't get the function room
and the apartment service sucks cos we were being chased away..
hahaa, and so after 9pm, we all crammed into alan's house for the parteee!
it was really really fun..
for the party and also the whole 22 weeks here in beijing
i've come to know so many people
whom i have never thought i would become friends with in the past
i am really glad i decided to come on this trip =)
going to miss them so much!

and i will be embarking on my trip tonight
