tuesday's my first day of school (well, technically)
but i have no lessons for the first week
and the ingredients for my 麻辣香锅 are rotting in my fridge so...
i finally decided to cook it, haha.
an idea of the level of spicyness (:
this is only the dried chilli part, and i reduced the amount to be added
after that, i added 麻辣 steamboat soup base which about 1/4 bowl of chilli
and then 3 spoonfuls of hot bean paste, haha.
i thought it was going to be VERY HOT.
apparently, it wasn't very.
i decided to add more dried chilli the next time :DD
or use those short chilli that my mum recommends.
adding my favourite food in!
there's luncheon meat, wong bok, chicken meat, mushroom, black fungus
there was supposed to be enoki de, but i ate that for steamboat le
hahaha.
and i forgot to add dong fen! urgh.
it was so nice larh, i really miss the taste of this :DD
so satisfying.
but i also realise that it wasn't really the taste that was so unique
the ingredients that i always chose made it special too.
i couldn't find something called 青笋 in singapore
so something seems to be missing, hais.
nonetheless, it solved my craving for 麻辣香锅!
and i had it for 2 days in a row, muahaha.
tuesday afternoon was walking around chinatown with the BBS
looking for air tickets to our grad trip destination, japan! (:
we got quotes around the range of $900 plus to $1400 plus
from northwest airlines to singapore airlines.
in the end, we decided to settle for a more budget travel of northwest
after we settled everything,
ms wee found bargain tickets over ebay which was about $200 cheaper!
and so we changed our plans
just when we thought we were settling for northwest
mr neo came with the good news that SQ is having a promotion
and return tickets on A380 to tokyo costs only SGD698!
woohoo!
and so finally, everything is settled now
KIAYING IS GOING TO JAPAN! :D
while mr neo is looking forward to cosplayers, cosplayers and... cosplayers?
(okay, maybe the sakura and tokyo towers, haha.
well i would love to see a lot of cosplayers too)
i am looking forward to...
not in order of preference:
i would L.O.V.E to see some sakura filled streets!
but i know that's impossible.
i would also like to spot stadiums selling concert goods!
not that i would have the time to go and queue, but i shall see.
i have to plan a trip down to johnny's family club :D
and also those unofficial goods shops, cd stores
must look out for NEWS/JE billboards on the way too!
for some non-johnny's stuff,
i want to wear a yukata and attend a matsuri, watch some hanabi!
omgomg! so exciting (:
and also the yokohama ferris wheel and rainbow bridge~
definitely must find a nice onsen to go too :D
i wanna visit a lot of historical sites when i am there as well (:
massu sightings will be highly anticipated too.
oh yah, and maybe to look out for some ageha like fumiko hime, haha.

WHATEVER: oh well, i checked my stats counter
and saw that there were 10 unique clicks today
just because i wrote about JAY-EYE-END, WTF!
my blog was on the first page of google larh.
this is so irritating.
why is everyone making such a big fuss over this matter
i found the thing, i saw it, i laughed and i moved on
but apparently there were a lot of people who can't
they are even pointing fingers at somebody who didn't even spread pictures in the first place
some fangirls, IT'S JUST A FB ACCOUNT.
and i don't want to jeopardize my blog like this
rarh. i am going to lock my blog one of these days.
so i deleted whatever i wrote about this GUY that i am not even interested in
